I had been on pins and needles with excitement awaiting the opening of this place. There are other med Spas in and around the valley, But how nice it is knowing that I don’t have to travel outside of my own community to get great skin treatments. The esthetician, Mai treated me with a Dermaplaning facial, and what an “out of this world” experience it was. Believe me when I say she has the hands of an Angel. I was so relaxed and in need of a nap when she finished. The service is Fantastic and the products are wonderful. The owners, Nicolle and Craig Kent have been residents of our community for years. I trust and value their opinion and recommendations for my skincare needs. I encourage anyone interested in improving or simply maintaining your skin health to call for an appointment or stop by for information. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
I had botox placed by Dr Kent, she was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions about my skin. The botox injections were painless and right on target with estimate that was given to me by Craig on my initial call. My initial visit was positive and completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend it!
This place is amazing! Mai (like Mai Tai) did a great job on my chemical peel. I suffer from malasma (dark pigments in areas of my face) and some minor acne and this peel combined with the last peel has decreased both significantly. I am going to continue to go back for occasional peels along with other face treatments.

Went here for Kybella injections instead of plastic surgery for under my chin. Shopped around from different Med Spas, the first one told me $1700, the second told me $1400 and this Med Spa gave me a first time patient special of $1000 for three vile’s. The office was much more spacious and soothing than the others. The owners were more than accommodating and were very professional. With a procedure like this, you need a good experience. I highly recommend Tranquil Waters for any of your beauty needs! They even referred a plastic surgeon in Scottsdale for my other facial needs. I am going to look like Miss America!

I had been getting botox and fillers from a large clinic in Scottsdale so was a bit nervous about changing locations but liked that this spa is close to where I live and I was impressed after reading Dr. Kent’s credentials. After my detailed consultation with her I signed up for both botox and filler and was very pleased with the results and happy that she is able to provide similar lower priced botox units to what I had been paying at the large facility. She took the time to discuss what we were doing to ensure I got the results I was hoping for and was very careful in my treatment. I plan to continue getting my treatments from her and would recommend Dr. Kent to others.
Amazing all around. Their LaserTech is wonderful, I love the price and effect of Clear lift. And I don’t trust ANYONE other than Dr. Kent for any injections. Botox, Juvéderm…. Why have anyone other than an actual Doctor with years of experience working on your face? Her entire staff is amazing… I’m 58 years old and I’m time consistently that I look 40. Even my family doesn’t know.
This Med Spa is awesome. I have been to other med Spas in the past but none of them compare to Tranquil Waters. The staff are super friendly and well trained and the Doctor is fantastic, she provides you a ton of education and is a perfectionist when it come to performing all her treatments. I have had several different treatments which include a Fabulous Facial with Mai the esthetician as well as several sessions of Body Sculpting. I tried body sculpting with another med spa which did absolutely nothing but after one treatment here, I could see immediate results on the back of my thighs. It was amazing. I would highly recommend trying this med spa as I am hooked and look forward to trying other treatments they offer.

I can’t possibly say enough positive things about my experience with having PRP injections! Here it goes: Dr. Kent is very detail oriented. It was evident that her skill level was high. She is a brilliant doctor who has amazing credentials. She has great skin which is a testament to the procedures she offers. AND she does not fall short in the sense of humor department. She is the only person who has ever made me laugh while sticking needles in my face! AND their prices are as good as they get. I will definitely return for more of the same.

Jess is amazing! The best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Her body wraps are on point. I’ve never meet a therapist so caring and thoroughly enjoy her job more. She is extremely attentive and so easy to talk too. She listens to your issues and address it to the highest level of quality. I highly recommend any service that Jess does.
It was my first time ever doing laser and Taylor was excellent at answering questions and walking me through the process. I was pleasantly surprised with very minimal discomfort (almost none) and look forward to my next sessions.
